PURPOSE:To enable the speed of a moving member to be changed to three steps, according to a method wherein two rotating members, which have different diameters, are rotatably mounted on a moving member guided by means of die rails through a quadrature axis, and the rotating members are worked by means of one of the three rails. CONSTITUTION:A pair of die rails 1A (sufixs are omitted hereinafter) is laid to be parallel with each other on a fixing member 2. Each die rail includes a receiving space 4, which has a slit 3 on the upper surface of the space, on its upper portion, and a pair of guide rails opposed to each other with a gap is engaged to the concave portion of the bottom surface in the space 4. A roller chain 20 is guided by means of the gap between the guide rails 7, and a quadrature axis 22 is supported by means of a boss member 21 is stood and mounted on the suitable position of the chain 20. A first and a second rotating members 24 and 25, which have a large diameter and a small diameter portions 28 and 29 respectively, are rotatably mounted on the axis 22, and the speed is changed to three steps by selecting and engaging the first to third rails 16, 19, and 10 with one of the rotating members 24 and 25. |
