PURPOSE:To keep stably an output current with high accuracy against a wide variety of power supply voltage by eliminating the early effect of a current mirror transistor (TR) onto an output current. CONSTITUTION:A resistor R15 is connected between a connecting point 14 of resistors R12 and R13 and a common potential point. The circuit including the resistor R15 forms a compensation circuit suppressing the increase in the emitter current of an output TRQ12. A current IB flows to the resistor R14 at a power supply voltage Vcc. When the voltage Vcc increases, the voltage applied to the resistor R14 also rises, the flowing current is increased and the voltage drop across the resistor R13 increases. Thus, a base-emitter potential VBE of the TRQ12 is decreased, the increasing output current Iout is suppressed to cancel the early effect.
