PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of treatment and to eliminate the public nuisance by collecting the org. deposit at the bottom of the water, transferring the deposit into a waterborne working boat, mixing the org. deposit and coal on the waterborne working boat, dehydrating the mixture, and then burning the dehydrated mixture. CONSTITUTION:Org. deposits at the bottom of the water are collected by a collecting machine 1, sucked by an underwater pump, ad transferred into a water borne working boat 3 through a sludge hose 13. On the waterborne working boat 3, after coarse solid components 22 are removed by a screen 15, the deposits are supplied into a mixing vessel 17 along with pulverized coal and mixed. The slurry of the mixed deposits and pulverized coal is supplied into a dehydrator 19 by a pump 18, the filtrate 23 is discharged into the sea, and the dehydrated cake is temporarily stored in a cake hopper 20 and then burned by an incinerator 21. Consequently, the cost of treatment can be remarkably reduced, and the public nuisance due to the smoke can be eliminated.
