摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even and neat vacuum pressure-bonding of surface coating material even when having a small number of vacuum suction pores, and facilitate metal molding processing for molding core material.SOLUTION: A vacuum molding core material structure includes: a core material 3 on the surface side of which a coating material 2 is arranged so as to be in contact with the core material; and vacuum suction pore parts 5 formed on the core material 3. A plurality of recessed groove parts 11 as vacuum passages are formed at random on the surface side of the core material 3. Opening parts 5a of the vacuum suction pore parts 5 open at the surface side of the core material 3 are formed to protruding parts 12 surrounded by the plurality of recessed groove parts 11 so as to separate from the recessed groove parts 11. Further the top part of the protruding part 12 provided with the opening part 5a is made to be lower than the top parts of the other protruding parts 12 within a scope not reaching the depth of the recessed groove parts 11, to obtain a communicating top part 13 forming a clearance communicating with the recessed groove parts 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
