CONCRETE PILE AND ITS SETTLING CAP

PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for chipping operation by projecting one end of a reinforcement material to be buried in a concrete pile as the connecting part to be connected with the footing from the upper end of the pile in forming the concrete pile. CONSTITUTION:One end of a reinforcement material 4 to be buried in a concrete pile 1 as a connecting part 4a to be connected with the footing is projected from the upper end of the pile 1 in forming the pile 1. The connecting part 4a of the pile 1 is inserted into the space formed by the inner and outer cylinders 7 and 8 of a cap 6 for settlement and the cap 6 is put on the upper end of the pile 1. A weight 14 for penetrating the pile 1 is connected to the cap 6 by a wire 16 coupled with the hook 12 of a weight-placing portion 9 fixed to the cap 6 for penetrating the pile 1.
