PURPOSE:To obtain a molded material which is easy is demolding, does not generate damage at the time of demolding and has a favorable facing, by arranging an insert matter composed of an elastic material within a mold material of a part, serving as an opening part of a resin molding material, beforehand. CONSTITUTION:The titled method is so constituted that in an insert molding method of molding a molded material having an opening part through casting polymerization out of a polymerizable monomer or syrup whose volume is varied at the time of polymerization, for example, at the time of molding of a plate material 2 having the opening part 1, as for a mold material to be used, a gasket 4 made of soft polyvinyl chloride resin is arranged on a circumferential part of a space between two sheets of reinforced glass 8, 8, a space having an interval of 3mm is formed, an elastic insert matter 11 composed of by closing up tightly a foam polyethylene elastic material 9 by covering the surface of the same with a polyethylene film is arranged to a part corresponding to a hole of the plate material 2 and tightened by a tightener 6 from both the surfaces.
