Two standard containers are positioned with their gables against one another. They have corner fitments comprising boxes each with three holes (6). Apart from the rings used to fit in one of the box holes and so that the containers are held locked to each other, rectangular plates in pairs, positioned horizontally or vertically are provided for corner box holes adjacent to each other. The plates each have force-absorbing plates corresp. to the shape of the box holes. To these plates forming an assembly is attached a plate divided into two halves with a cylindrical recess filled with a plastic compound, and activated by a nut on a screw. Also provided is a whole plate. The plates and screws are inserted one in a corner hole in one container, and the other in that of an adjoining container. (Provisional basic advised week 87/07) |
