PURPOSE:To protect a ultra-sonic wave vibration element and perform a stable atomization operation by a method wherein a side surface of a float closes an outlet port of a flow passage due to a descending of a liquid level to prevent atomized fluid in an atomization chamber from being discharged out of a unit and the atomized fluid is not fed out of the unit when the liquid is decreased. CONSTITUTION:A hole 17a facing a liquid surface is provided at a central part to generate an atomization column 15, a shape of an upper surface 17b shows a funnel shape, a float 17 having an inlet port 17c communicating with an outlet port 16a of a flow passage 16 and having a plurality of discharge ports 17d at an upper surface 17b is floated on a water surface. As a water level is varied, a connection with the outlet port 16a of the air flow passage 16 is varied and as the water level is decreased, the inlet port 17c of the float 17 is not coincided with the outlet port 16a of the flow passage 16, resulting in that the side surface of the float 17 may close the output port 16a of the air flow. Material of the float 17 can be made of foam resin such as foam polyethylene or the like.
