PURPOSE:To enable high injection pressure, to be employed by mounting an electric type fuel pressure control device having a plate making a nozzle hole to perform variable throttling action and a fuel injection valve device performing fuel injection automatically at a fuel pressure higher than the valve opening pressure. CONSTITUTION:When an electric signal is received by an electric actuator 5 from an electric signal generator 12, a plate 6 is actuated to cause extensive throttling effect of a nozzle hole 3 and the pressure between the throttle 2 and nozzle hole 3 is elevated, and if the pressure exceeds the valve opening pressure set by a spring 9, a needle valve 8 is actuated to open an injection hole 10 and fuel injection is started. This fuel injection continues until the electric signal is released. Thus, the fuel pressure is not related to the driving power of the electric actuator, therefore, the injection pressure can be enhanced by using a simple construction without employing a big sized electric actuator.
