PURPOSE:To increase the durability of a heat and corrosion resistant member by roughening the surface of a Cu alloy as a base material with a blasting material, forming a thermally sprayed Al film, carrying out thermal diffusion treatment, roughening the surface again by blasting and thermally spraying a heat resistant alloy. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a Cu alloy as a base material is roughened with a blasting material of alumina or carborundum and a thermally sprayed Al film is formed. The film is melted by heating to diffused Al in the surface of the base material. The surface is roughened again by blasting and then a thermally sprayed film of a heat and corrosion resistant alloy represented by MCrAlY (where, M is Ni, Co or Fe) is formed. By this method, a film having superior adhesion can be formed. A thermally sprayed ceramic film may be formed on the film. |
