A compound of formula (I) wherein R1 is fucose-digitalose or a 1,4′-bipiperidine-1′carboxylate group; R2 is a hydrogen atom, or a 1,4′-bipiperidine-1′carboxylate group, or a group of formula —X—(CH2—CH2—O)n—R5 wherein X is a bond, a —C(═O)—, —C(═O)—O— or a —C(═O)—Y—O— group wherein Y is an alkylene group, n is an integer of from 2 to 100, and R5 is hydrogen or an alkyl group; R3 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, a (C1-C8) alkoxy group, a (C2-C8) alkyl group, a (C2-C8) haloalkyl group, a (C2-C8) alkenyl group, or a (C2-C8) alkynyl group and R4 is hydrogen; or R3 is hydrogen and R4 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, a (C1-C8) alkoxy group, a (C2-C8) alkyl group, a (C2-C8) haloalkyl group, a (C2-C8) alkenyl group, or a (C2-C8) alkynyl group; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or hydrate or a pharmaceutically acceptable formulation thereof. |
