PURPOSE:To eliminate any skew motion of a magnetic card during rotation as well as to prevent the occurrence of inclined printing at the time of in-print, by installing a clamp plate, clamping a card top/in a turntable. CONSTITUTION:When a plunger 31 of a solenoid 30 is attracted, a rocking lever 33 is rocked. Therefore, since a turning shaft 25 is rotated as far as the specified angle, a T-shaped lever 27 as the pin holder attached to this turning shaft 25 is rotated, whereby a turning center on a lower surface of a magnetic card A is pressed to an upper part as far as about 1mm by the pressing pin 28 attached to the top of a free end of this lever 27 by means of point contact. The magnetic card A is clamped by a clamp plate 24 under a point-contact pressed state. Then, after an oppositely installed roller 21 at the upside is separated, if a turning shaft 13 of a motor 12 is rotated as far as 90 deg., a turntable 6 is rotated as far as 90 deg. in the same direction along with the magnetic card A and thus processed.
