PURPOSE:To make the partial adjustment of a machine performable without rotating a cam, by utilizing a cushion function of an air cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A piston rod 13 of an air cylinder 11 or a cylinder body 12 is rotatably attached to a lever 5. And, a pneumatic source 23 and a relief valve 19 are connected to either of chambers inside the air cylinder 11, while air pressure is led into the direction stuck to a cam surface of a cam follower 7, and when the air pressure inside the chamber on one side becomes more than the specified pressure, this air pressure is set free via the relief valve 19. With this constitution, the partial adjustment of a machine is performable without rotating a cam 3.
