摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the motion performance of the vehicle itself to adequately agree with the target driving performance, by controlling the actual steering angle of a control objective wheel and realizing a target value of motion condition quantity, obtained from a target vehicle model equipped with the target motion performance, in the vehicle itself. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic means 102, which obtains a motion condition quantity target value corresponding to outputs of a steering angle detecting means 100 and a car speed detecting means 101 by using a vehicle model equipped with target motion performance, is provided, and a target value of the actual steering angle of a control objective wheel is determined by a determining means 103 on the basis of the obtained motion condition quantity target value. While a determining means 104, which determines a target value of the actual steering angle speed of the control objective wheel on the basis of the output of each detecting means 100, 101, is provided. And driving of a wheel steering means 107 is controlled by an actual steering angle control means 105 and an actual steering angle speed control means 106 in accordance with the actual steering angle target value and the actual steering angle speed target value determined by each determining means 103, 104.
