PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a device by abutting the shutter with a mis-loading preventing member so as to block the loading of the cartridge to a prescribed location when the shutter is not opened till the prescribed position at the loading of the cartridge. CONSTITUTION:Pins 141a, 141b as two mis-loading preventing members are provided to a position of the cartridge 2 corresponding to a window 135 on a frame 140 of a drive base mechanism part in th loading direction of the cartridge 2. When the shutter 11 of the cartridge 2 is opened completely and descends to be loaded onto the turntable, the two pins 141a, 141b pass through the window 135 opened by the movement of the shutter 11 and loaded onto the turntable. If the opening of the shutter 11 is insufficient, the side A of the cartridge is placed upward, the shutter 11 contacts the pin 141a and when the side B is placed upward, the shutter 11 contacts the pin 141b respectively to block the descend of the cartridge 2 mechanically.
