The invention relates to a discharge fitting for washbasins (1), bidets, sinks, shower trays, bathtubs or similar receiving vessels, having a discharge pipe (2), which can be introduced in a sealing manner in the discharge opening (1b) of said vessels and can be connected to the odour-seal bend (11), and having a valve body (7) arranged in the discharge pipe (2). The valve body (7) is arranged in the interior of the discharge pipe (2), and the valve seat (6a) for the valve body (7) is formed in a partition wall (6) which closes off the pipe cross-section, is guided laterally out of the discharge pipe (2) and is arranged in a rising pipe (8) connected to the discharge pipe (2). The rising pipe (8) is arranged outside the actual receiving vessel, is closed at the top end and is provided with the partition wall (6) up to a level which defines the highest filling level of the receiving vessel. <IMAGE>
