PURPOSE:To make at will a stopping time at a projected position of a projecting bar and to enlarge the function of an injection molding machine and its application, by forwarding the projecting bar by driving a servo motor, stopping it at a defined position and starting the retreat of the projecting bar by receiving a command signal for retreat start from outside. CONSTITUTION:When injection, cooling and opening of a mold are done and a moving platen reaches the ejection starting position, CPU for PMC 12 writes a command for forwarding an ejector in a common RAM 18. CPU for NC 11 reads the command for forwarding an ejector, operates an ejector apparatus 41 and forwards a projecting bar. On the other hand, CPU for PMC 12 outputs a signal indicating a forwarding position of the ejector when the projecting bar reaches the ejection forwarding position, an outside apparatus 50 starts to operate and a molding is taken out from a mold. When the outside apparatus 50 outputs a command signal for retreat, CPU for PMC 12 writes a command signal for the retreat of the ejector in a common RAM 18. CPU for NC 11 drives the projecting bar of the ejector apparatus 41 back and writes a signal completing a pulse distribution in the common RAM 18 and the ejection operating is finished. |
