PURPOSE:To homogeneously knead powdery grains with water, to form bubbles without using a compressor, and to carry out a sprinkling and a polluted water treatment by laterally providing a communication pipe to a hollow revolving shaft to constitute a multifunctional device. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of the hollow revolving shaft 2 is set in the upper end of a water supplying cylinder 1, and is rotatably supported by a cap 6 provided with a screw part in the inner wall which is screwed to a screw part 1c of the water supplying cylinder 1. When a water supplying pipe 3 is connected to a large water source with a hose to send pressurized water, the water is spouted from spouting holes 5, 5' through the water supplying cylinder 1, the hollow revolving shaft 2 and a communication pipe 4, and the communication pipe 4 and the hollow revolving shaft 2 are rotated in the direction shown by the arrow while the water is sprinkled by the rotation. The force of the pressurized water is used to rotate the hollow revolving shaft 2, and other power is not required. |
