PURPOSE:To obtain a stable compound film comprising a three-layered structure consisting of a porous supporting body, a gelled layer, and an activated layer by carrying out interfacial polymn. of a water-soluble polymer having an amino group, aq. soln. contg. an aromatic polyfunctional amine an oq. soln. of arom. acid chloride, in a water-immiscible solvent then carrying out heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:For example, after dipping a supporting body comprising fiber- reinforced polysulfone in aq. soln. contg. amine-modified polyepichlorohydrin and metaphenylenediamine, the supporting body is taken out of the soln. and the soln. is removed from the supporting body. Then, the supporting body is dipped in a soln. of trimesoyl chloride in trichloro trifluoroethane to cause interfacial polymn. forming thus an activated layer. After removing the solvent from the supporting body by drying with air, it is further heat-treated with a hot air dryer to form a gelled layer. Thus obtd. compound film has superior resistance to hydrolysis, to microorganism, to chemicals, and to the change of pH and to drying. The resistance to chlorine thereof and the mechanical properties are remarkably high and its stability against formalin is also high. |
