A guide part 21 is formed on the arm 19 to guide the forward/backward movement of the link 16. Since a soft felt washer 2 to be an elastic body is arranged between the hock 17 of the link 16 and the arm 18 and the washer 22 is in contact with the arm 18 with proper pressure, the ram 18 is rotated with strong shock at the time of releasing the operation of the solenoid 14 to be the driving source and to generation of noise can be prevented.
