PURPOSE:To prevent the wasteful consumption of power by providing a set time memory to set the operation time band of a power source, and automatically inputting the power source only while the data and time of a clock built in a portable radio equipment is coincident with the data and time written in a set time memory. CONSTITUTION:When a wireless IC card is applied, a wireless IC card 11 is constituted of an information processing part 10 to transmit and receive and information signal, a power source 1, a set time memory 4 to write the set time, a clock 5 and a power source control part 2 to supply the power source from the power sources 1 to the information processing part 10 when the data and time of the clock 5 comes to the data and time set at the set time memory 4. The action time band is written to the set time memory 4 with a time setting part 3. The time of the clock 5 and the time set at the set time memory 4 are compared with the power source control part 2, and when the set time memory 4 and the time of the clock 5 are coincident, the power source 1 is inputted to the information processing part 10 by the power source control part 2. In the same way in case of the turning-off of the power source, when the time of the clock 5 is coincident to the set time of the set time memory 4, the power source inputted to the information processing part 10 by the power source control part 2 is turned off. |
