PURPOSE:To enable the single-hand shoulder position adjustment of a seat belt by fixing a base having a plurality of latch holes to a vehicle body, making an operation knob free to slide in a grip-wise direction for causing the free engagement and disengagement of an anchor having a belt support part, and enabling the engagement and disengagement of latches via the gripping operation of the knob. CONSTITUTION:An adjustment base 1 having a plurality of latch holes 5 for positioning on the center pillar 302 of a vehicle body is fitted with an adjustment anchor 21 having a through-anchor 87 for a seat belt 301 and capable of engagement with the latch holes 5 in a freely shiftable way. The button 95 of an operation knob 91 for the anchor 21 is made free to move in the grip-wise direction of the operation knob 91, and the linear motion thereof is converted into a cam rotary motion and further into the elevation motion of a latch piece, thereby causing the engagement and disengagement of the adjustment base 1 and the anchor 21 thereof. The gripping operation of the knob 91 causes the engagement and disengagement of the latch piece, thereby enabling the shoulder position adjustment of the seat belt by a single hand.
