PURPOSE:To miniaturize an apparatus and to facilitate adjustment by fixing tie bar to shifting die plate, meshing a half nut with screw part of the tie bar and joining fixing and shifting die plates. CONSTITUTION:The tie bar 164 is fixed to the shifting die plate 158 and also tip part of a cylinder rod 170 for opening/closing die is fixed to the die plate 158. Further, the half nut 180 meshing with the screw part 172 of the the bar 164 is arranged. Hydraulic oil is sent to a cylinder 166 to join a shifting die 156 with a fixed die 152.Next, the half nut 180 is closed and an oil hydraulic cylinder 160 is worked to execute the die clamping with the tie bar 164. As the shifting adjustment of the nut 180 can be executed, the stroke of the cylinder 160 for clamping the dies is shortened and the whole apparatus is miniaturized. By simplifying the mechanism, the adjustment of the apparatus is facilitated. |
