The valve with two in-line seating inserts (20) between which is a ball (7) supported between upper and lower springs (12,13) has a body (5) which supports a magnetic coil (3) inside which moves a core (4) with a pin (21) projecting vertically downwards. When the core travels downwards, the ball is pushed downwards, offset from the central axis of the seating inserts so that the valve is open. The housing is of ferromagnetic material, and its top part (22) projects inside the bottom of the coil. The open bottom of the body is closed by a bottom cap (6) and an upper cap (2) made of aluminium fits over the top of the coil. The top cap contains an air release screw (9). Each seating isnert is retained by an inlet connection (19) which is screwed into the body. ADVANTAGE - Requires low operating force.
