PURPOSE:To reduce the number of accesses of an image processor and to improve a processing speed by setting up a frame with a specified size and the range of a segmenting image to be developed in the frame, selecting a segmenting image data or frame pattern in accordance with the set contents, and displaying and developing the selected result. CONSTITUTION:Frame sizes LX, LY are set up in an X direction frame size counter 21 and a Y direction frame size counter 22 as counter values by a firmware based on an instruction outputted from a host computer. When the coordinates of current image data e.g. are defines as (X, Y), input data are selected from an image data bus 29 when the conditions of (OX<=X<=OX+AX) and (OY<=Y<=OY+AY) are formed. When said conditions are not formed, a frame pattern is selected from a frame pattern register 30. |
