A system for displaying fast-scrolling content according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a web documents-providing apparatus for providing web documents to a user terminal when the user terminal connects, the web documents being written in a web programming language; and a user terminal for receiving the web documents from the web documents-providing apparatus, displaying same on a web page screen of a mobile browser, and when a touch movement is sensed on the web page screen, scrolling the content in the direction of the sensed touch, wherein a screen movement behavior is repeated until the termination of flicking is sensed, the screen movement behavior being fast-scrolling the content in the direction of the sensed flick while reducing the scrolling speed in accordance with an ease function, stopping the screen movement for a set amount of time, and when the set amount of time has elapsed, resuming scrolling while reducing the scrolling speed in accordance with the ease function. |
