The invention relates to a support for securing roll-up elements that can be manually manipulated by a user. The support comprises a first support base (1), a second base (1) and a roll-up element (3) having a first end (3.1) joined to the first base (1) and which is wrapped around the second base (2) and is joined to said second base (2) by a second end (3.2). The support also comprises a first band (4) disposed between one of the ends of the bases and the roll-up element (3), and a second band (5) disposed between the other end of the bases and the roll-up element (3). The first band (4) and the second band (5) are joined to the second base (2) and wrapped onto the the first base (1) in the opposite direction to the roll-up element (3).
