PURPOSE:To eliminate a need of reprogramming of macro definition at each time of adding a macro pattern by presenting and example of a command to be registered and an example of a command expanded form corresponding to said command to automatically generate a macro. CONSTITUTION:An input part 100 to which a pair of a command statement having a concrete value and a command expanded form having a concrete value are inputted, a command macro register processing device 200, a hypothesis adoption level holding means 300 which holds the value of a hypothesis adoption level, and an output part 400 which outputs a macro definition statement are provided. First, a user presents a command statement and an expanded form. Thereafter, the system searches phrase correspondence between the command statement and the command expanded form and correspondence between definition of circumstances and the command expanded form, and generates corresponding hypotheses respectively. They are substituted with variables.
