CONVEYOR TYPE FOOD HEATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress uneven heating on a lower face side of food in a conveyor type food heating device.SOLUTION: The conveyor type food heating device includes: a heating chamber 11 heating food F; a conveyor belt 20 constituted in a net shape and conveying the food F; far-infrared heaters H1, H2 being upper side heaters arranged on an upper side of an upper face 20a of the conveyor belt 20 in the heating chamber 11; and far-infrared heaters H3-H6 being lower side heaters arranged on a lower side of the upper face 20a. A distance between a first far-infrared heater and a second far-infrared heater and a distance from the upper face 20a to the fist and second far-infrared heaters is established so that a center position of adjacent first and second far-infrared heaters among the far-infrared heaters H3-H6 in the upper face 20a is positioned on the first far-infrared heater side with respect to an intersection of an emission direction of a far-infrared ray emitted from the first far-infrared heater and effective for heating/baking food and the upper face 20a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
