PURPOSE:To prevent a human error in a computer system by monitoring maintenance work in a computer with a picture and a sound by a third person. CONSTITUTION:A computer 21 is equipped with a sound input/output mechanism 23 and a picture input mechanism 22 and the sound and picture of a worker are caught and sent to a monitor room. A time is added to the sound and picture to be sent to the monitor room and the sound and picture are recorded to a recording mechanism 31. Simultaneously, the contents of the work are monitored by a monitoring mechanism 32. These data are sent through a public communication line 41 to a monitoring mechanism 51 of a remote diagnosing center as needed. An instruction from a monitoring person to the worker is executed by transmitting the instruction through a sound transmitting and receiving mechanism 33 to the sound input/output mechanism 23. Thus, the contents of the work can be timely grasped and the miss of the work can be early recognized. |
