PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR WASTE DISPOSAL

PURPOSE: To accelerate the decomposition of waste material by heating the waste material using a heating member connected to a gas distribution member. CONSTITUTION: A housing 1 of a bioreactor is provided with the gas distribution member 2 to which a compressor 3 and the heating member 4 are connected. The gas distribution member 2 and the heating member 4 are connected to a stationary state. A mixing means having revolving shaft 5 and a mixing member tightened thereto obtains their rotating force from a motor 7. The waste material 8 is put into a reactor via a feed member 9. This feed member 9 is provided with a freely rotatable flange tightening member 10. The waste material mass is released from the reactor via a discharge opening 11 on a conveyor 12. Gases are discharged from the reactor via a discharge pipe 18. As a result, the decomposition of the waste material is accelerated.
