The filling interrupter is for a packaging-machine which puts objects, such as medicinal products into pockets on a web. A slide carriage (60) move in opposite directions w.r.t the web motion direction. In one end position, the carriage is at rest, while at the other end position the carriage is operative. The slide carriage has an appliance (30), interrupting the feed of objects (4) from a feeder (10). Another appliance (40) pushes back the slide carriage into its rest position. Both appliances are operated by controls. USE/ADVANTAGE - For blister package mfr., with improved, gentle handling.
