Extruded profiles, designed as hollow profiles, are known for constructing cases and housings. It is disadvantageous in these known profiles that the mounting and fixing of attachments in the interior of the case or housing is only possible with difficulty. It is therefore proposed to provide a hollow profile with a rectangular basic cross-section on which limbs are formed.
