<p>PURPOSE:To treat waste without odor eve if power consumption is very small by electrifying a magnetron and a heater for heating catalyst alternately in order to maintain catalyst temperature equal to or higher than activation temperature with the use of a signal from a catalyst temperature detection part. CONSTITUTION:When it is confirmed by a signal from a temperature detection part 30 that a catalyst 28 reaches activation temperature, electrification of a heater 27 for catalyst heating is stopped to start the electrification of a magnetron 35. When a microwave is irradiated in a primary furnace 15, water contained in waste 23 is evaporated to advance the drying of the waste 23, catalyst temperature is lowered below the activation temperature or lower by produced steam, and the electrification of the magnetron 35 is stopped by the signal from the temperature detection part 30 to start the electrification of the heater 27 for catalyst heating. Thereafter, the magnetron 35 and the heater for catalyst heating are alternately electrified so that the catalyst 28 is maintained at the activation temperature from the signal of the detection part 30. The waste can be treated without odor even if power consumption is very small.</p> |
