PURPOSE:To compose a multi-staged voltage multiplying rectifier, etc. as a single component by a method wherein a composite component of the connection of a plurality of diodes is molded and formed into an integral body between two joined capacitor blocks formed by providing two or more electrodes on each of both surfaces of a dielectric ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:Two capacitor electrodes 2, 2' and 4, 4' are so provided on each of both the surfaces of the dielectric ceramic substrate 6 that each electrode is not opposed to the electrode adjacent to an opposed electrode on the other surface, and further the two electrodes on one surface are so joined that two capacitors C1 and C4 in integral form formed in this manner become series. Besides, three capacitor electrodes 1, 1', 3, 3' and 5, 5' are provided on each of both the surfaces of the dielectric ceramic substrate 7, and the electrodes are so joined that the three capacitors C1, C2, and C3 become parallel respectively. And, the purposed circuit component is obtained e.g. by molding the composited component, obtained by connecting five diodes D1-D5, between such two capacitor blocks into an integral body. |
