PURPOSE:To enable the distortion of a configuration caused by the perspective effect of a television camera to be completely corrected by providing a three- dimensional curved surface configuration measuring instrument with image processing means for measuring the configuration of the three-dimensional curved surface of an object to be measured by performing a processing by a specific expression on the basis of a synthetic image. CONSTITUTION:A curved surface configuration measuring instrument is provided with image processing means for obtaining the three-dimensional configuration f(x, y) of the surface of an object to be measured by an expression by using a projection angle theta with respect to a reference plane and a distance (a) between the reference plane and a television camera on the basis of a synthetic image u(x, y) obtained by image synthesizing means when slit light scans the surface of the object to be measured and the measured value or the computed value u0(x, y) of the synthetic image with respect to the reference plane. This enables an image processing which takes a distortion due to a perspective effect into consideration and the accurate measurement of a three-dimensional configuration to be performed. |
