The electrical switch arrangement possesses at least one actuating element (5) which can be shifted or moved in several directions for the purpose of controlling at least three adjusting drives designed to change the position of car seats. The actuating element is operated by hand and the movements of the element for adjusting the position of a seat cause the switching contacts to be mvoed to activate the drive motors and these can be worked in combiantion. The switch housing has guiding parts (12,13) for the element and this can be locked in position.
