Microwave integrator with HF circuit part - has circuit component on opposite substrate surface for DC supply

On one surface side (2) of an insulating, or semi-insulating susbtrate (1) is provided a HF circuit part with an active conductor (15,16) and an integrated active component (13,14). On the opposite surface side (3) of the substrate is a circuit part, contg. integrated components for d.c. supply of the active component, as well as components (11) for decoupling of the HF circuit part. Pref. the two opposite surface sides of the substrate are interconnected by through contacts (10). The active conductor on the substrate surface side may be of strip type, and the entire opposite surface side is metal plated with the exception of the contacts and components of the respective circuit part. USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. as wideband coplanar line amplifier for 100 MHz to 18 GHz range. HF signal conducting arrangement with improved operation and simple decoupling.
