PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid blow molding apparatus and a liquid blow molding method capable of securely preventing liquid leakage caused by the diameter expanding deformation of a mouth part of a preform during liquid blow molding.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid blow molding apparatus 1 which comprises: a blow molding mold 8 which accommodates a preform 3 by leaving a mouth part 3a serving as an opening end of the preform; a blow nozzle 10 which supplies a pressurized liquid into the preform 3; a partition wall member 22 which tightly surrounds the periphery of an outer wall surface of the mouth part 3a of the preform 3 and forms a space 20 for mouth-outside pressurization between the outer wall surface and the partition wall member 22; and pressurized fluid supply means 24 for supplying a pressurized fluid into the space 20 for mouth-outside pressurization so that the pressure inside the space 20 for mouth-outside pressurization becomes higher than the pressure inside the preform 3 during liquid blow molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
