METHOD AND APPARATUS PREVENTING OVEREXPOSURE TO IMAGING PHOTOSENSITIVE DEVICES OR THE HUMAN EYE This invention is a method and aparatus which prevents overexposure of photosenitive devices or the human eye. The aparatus detects these bands of light which are harmful and shuts them down, passing through only these which are not. It is electronically tuneable without any moving parts. It can also works as a very fast shutter. Its speed can reach 1 microsecond or less.
