<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the insertion of a disk caddie again to a reader on which a disk is already loaded by providing an erroenous insertion prevention plate, and an erroneous insertion preventing plate moving means which enables the erroneous insertion prevention plate to be moved from a retracted position to the disk caddie insertion port of the reader according to the installation of the disk caddie to the reader. CONSTITUTION:The fixing part 2c of the disk caddie can be engaged with fixing claws 12, 14 provided at the reader by inserting the disk caddie completely, and a cartridge insert 2 is fixed on the reader. Then, only a cartridge cover 1 is taken out from the reader, however, the erroneous insertion prevention plate 9 is turned in a direction of arrow head D1 with the pressing force of a spring, etc., at a moment when the cartridge cover 1 is drawn out from the installation port of the reader, and also, a surface/back plane detecting plate 8 is also returned to its original position, therefore, an insertion port is blocked with the surface/back plane detecting plate 8 and the erroneous insertion prevention plate 9. In such a way, it is possible to prevent the insertion of a new disk caddie to the reader when the disk is already loaded on the reader.</p> |
