Ultrasonic floor-cleaner with transmitter

The ultrasonic appliance (1) has an ultrasonic transmitter (4) with fluid (5) between it and the floor. The transmitter is in a housing (3) which is open on the floor-side while the appliance is oeprating, and whose sides extend to near to the floor. The ends of the housing-sides facing the floor (2) have gas-bearings (7,7') behind each other and preventing the fluid from escaping at the sides while the appliance is operating. The space between the gas-bearings is in the form of a wet-vacuum chamber (9). The housing contains a water-supply pipe (18) connected by a filter (17) and pump (15) to a suction-pipe (14) also in the housing.
