A pharmaceutical preparation for percutaneous administration comprising a drug having a relatively high solubility in triethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, and a terpene, and further containing, if necessary, ethanol or isopropanol. The preparation is excellent in the skin permeation of drug and is further improved in the permeation through the panniculus adiposus because it contains ethanol and/or isopropanol.
