PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method and welding equipment, which prevent adhesion of fumes while preventing weld burning by supplying shield gas.SOLUTION: Weld burning is prevented by introducing a shield gas into workpieces 1 and 2 from a gas introduction tube 8 which is inserted into ends of the workpieces 1 and 2. Metallic vapor is cooled and solidified on an outer surface of the gas introduction tube 8 and turned into fumes A so that the fumes can be prevented from adhering on the inner surfaces of the workpieces 1 and 2. |
