The apparatus for making a high quality spangle fabric economically consists of; a tape transferring means, feeding tackifying tapes length-wisely on to the upper part of the base frame by a specific width; a punching means, hoisted onto the upper part of the base frame at certain intervals; a grey-sheet transferring means, feeding the spangle grey-sheet length-wisely after passing the sheet through the hole formed in the concave mold of the punching means. The punching means, punching and attaching the spangle on the tackified surface of the tape with a specific pattern and an arrangement moves relatively perpendicular to the direction of the tape so that a wide-width spangle sheet can be made even with a narrow-width punching means.
