The link piece for bony elements comprises a central portion (2) and at least two anchoring portions (3, 4) rigidly connected to the central portion. The central portion (2) is made of a shape memory effect material and the central portion comprises a central hole (5), whereby a shape variation of the central portion causes a variation of the distance between the two anchoring portions while these two anchoring portions move from each other along a straight line.The central portion has a generally circular or oval shape.
