PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition work machine having a work attachment which can be replaced with a plurality of tip attachments and capable of regulating a work range of the work attachment using the minimum number of sensors and setting an appropriate work range for each of the tip attachments.SOLUTION: A controller 40 includes a control unit 42 that sets an upper limit angle for an elevation angle of a jib 6 by calculating stability of a demolition work machine to suit a parameter of a tip attachment 8 set by a setting unit 41. When a comparison unit 43 determines that the elevation angle of the jib 6 exceeds the upper limit angle, an output unit 44 outputs a regulating signal to a solenoid of a switching valve 22 for switching the switching valve 22 to a halting position 22b, and stops operation of a jib cylinder 12 on an extension side, thereby securing stability of the demolition work machine. At the same time, a notification device 45 issues a warning for notifying an operator, thereby preventing work continuation in a low stability state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
