The installation comprises a liquid spray nozzle opposite the propulsion mouth of the fan of each aforesaid apparatus and it is characterized in that it comprises a member for distributing said liquid 3 connected on the one hand to a tank 5 containing the same liquid, with a level probe 6, via a boost (impeller) pump 7, and, on the other hand, it has a series of branches 4...4n which lead to aforesaid individual nozzles 11 of the respective air- conditioning apparatus 2, the said distributing member 3 being provided with a manometer 8, a pressure switch (pressure controller, pressostat) 9 and expansion vessel 10 and a solenoid valve 16...16n having been inserted in each branch 4...4n, the opening and closing frequency of which valve is controlled by a timer 17 corresponding to the respective air-conditioning apparatus 2. <IMAGE>
