The polyester tire cord is firstly with an aqueous treated solution of 12-15wt.% that comprises 0.5-0.8wt.% of RF, 8-11wt.% latex, and 5-7wt.% PEXUL of formula(I) with respect to the total amount, and secondly treated with a solution of 17-20wt.% that comprises 2-3wt.% of RF with respect to total amount and 15-18wt.% vinyl pyridine with respect to total amount. RF is resorcinol-formaline and RFL is resorcinol-formaline latex.
