The grinder comprises a frame (1) forming the bedplate, with a gyratory mechanism (4) in its central lower part supporting a grinding cone (3). A cupola (5) is fixed on the top of the frame. A set of oleopneumatic safety actuators (6), whose stroke is adjusted by a pump (8), act as springs. An adjusting actuator assembly (7) is connected to another pump (9). A sliding assembly (2) adjusts and grades the products, acting as a safety valve in the case of the passage of non-grindable bodies into a grinding chamber (0). The sliding assembly is driven by the oleopneumatic arrangement. A system of conical annular segments (10) connects the frame and the cupola under the action of the oleopneumatic system. This, automatically stabilises the sliding assembly in its operating position.
